To add day, month and year schedules to a project

  1. Click the Schedules Manager icon. The Schedules Manager dialog box opens.
  2. Click the Application button located in the upper left corner of the Schedules Manager. Sample schedules are listed. These are read only, and indicated as such with a lock icon.
  3. Do one of the following:

    Select a day schedule from the system list, and click the Copy button.

    or

    Select a day schedule from the system list, and right click. A pop-up menu appears. Some options are disabled. This is because the selected schedule is read only. Select Copy.



    A copy is created and added to the end of the list of Application day schedules.
  4. Do one of the following:

    Select the day schedule copy from the system list, and click the Copy to Project button.

    or

    Select the day schedule copy from the system list, and right click. The pop-up menu appears again. All options are enabled. This is because the copied schedule is read writable. Select Copy to Project.



    The copied schedule is added to the list of Project day schedules.
  5. Repeat the steps to add more day schedules and week and year schedules to your project.
